We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Specialist to join our team at Kawartha Credit Union. As an Investment Specialist, you will play a key role in helping our members achieve their financial goals by providing expert investment advice and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized investment plans for members, taking into account their financial objectives and risk tolerance.
- Provide in-depth knowledge and guidance on various investment options, including mutual funds, stocks, and other investment products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members, understanding their financial needs and goals.
- Contribute to the growth of the investment portfolio by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to achieve individual and team goals.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes, ensuring that members receive the best possible advice and guidance.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education with a focus on financial planning or management.
- Minimum of three years of experience in the financial services industry, with a strong background in sales, service, and investment administration.
- Active and in good standing Mutual Funds License.
- Advanced member service and sales skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
