Job Description

As a Transportation Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our school bus services. Your responsibilities will include dispatching drivers, providing accurate directions, and maintaining communication with drivers and customers. You will also be responsible for managing driver operations, reporting incidents, and ensuring compliance with established standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a transportation or related industry;
  • Excellent time management and stress management skills;
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing demands;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically;
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills;
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel);
  • Valid Ontario G license and clean driver's abstract;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
