Job Title: Web Developer

Alwin Resettlement Services Inc. is seeking a skilled Web Developer to join our team. As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing interactive websites, web applications, and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with clients to understand their website requirements and develop a plan to meet those needs.
  • Write, modify, integrate, and test software code to ensure that it meets the required specifications.
  • Maintain existing computer programs by making modifications as needed.
  • Prepare mock-ups and storyboards to visualize the website's layout and design.
  • Communicate technical problems, processes, and solutions to clients and team members.
  • Source, select, and organize information for inclusion in the website's design and content.
  • Assist in the collection and documentation of user requirements.
  • Create and optimize content for the website using various graphics, database, animation, and other software.
  • Assist in the development of logical and physical specifications for the website.
  • Research and evaluate various interactive media software products.
  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to develop website graphics, content, capacity, and interactivity.
  • Research and evaluate various software products.
  • Program animation software to predefined specifications for interactive CDs, DVDs, video game cartridges, and Internet-based applications.
  • Program special effects software for film and video applications.
  • Write, modify, integrate, and test software code for e-commerce and other Internet applications.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in web development.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Organized and able to work in a team environment.
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologies.
  • Knowledge of networking software, intranet, internet, servers, security software, multimedia software, and programming software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Working Conditions:
  • 40 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
  • English language required.
