About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Senior Project Manager to join our team at Bird Construction Group. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale industrial and commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination
    • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
    • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Site Management and Supervision
    • Oversee site operations, including construction, installation, and testing
    • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Team Leadership and Communication
    • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals
    • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
Requirements
  • Education
    • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
