Job DescriptionIn this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will work collaboratively with a team of early childhood educators to create engaging and educational programs for children aged 0-12. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing curriculum-based programs that meet the needs of diverse learners;
- Supervising staff, trainees, or volunteers to ensure high-quality care and education;
- Leading activities such as storytelling, singing, and arts and crafts to promote creativity and learning;
- Ordering supplies and equipment to maintain a safe and healthy environment;
- Assisting with administrative tasks, such as record-keeping and report-writing;
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field;
- Experience working with children aged 0-12, preferably in a group setting;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and children;
- Knowledge of licensing regulations and best practices in early childhood education;
- First aid and CPR certification, as well as training in emergency child care procedures;
