Job Description:

The Sanitation Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning teams, ensuring that all sites are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and manage a team of cleaners to ensure effective delivery of cleaning services.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of time and materials.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the cleaning industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., business, hospitality) is an asset.
