Bistro 4 Saisons Dishwasher Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our kitchen team at Bistro 4 Saisons. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our dishes, glassware, and flatware.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware to the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, ensuring they are free from any food residue or debris.
  • Scour pots and pans to remove any stubborn food particles.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dishroom, ensuring all equipment and utensils are stored properly.
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Fluency in French is required, as this is the primary language spoken in our kitchen.
