Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced research professional to lead the development of research funding applications and provide strategic support to research teams. The successful candidate will have a strong background in research administration, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for research funding applications, including identifying opportunities, developing proposals, and managing the submission process.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to research teams on research funding opportunities, proposal development, and submission processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement research funding strategies and initiatives.
- Manage and coordinate the development of research funding applications, including ensuring timely submission and follow-up with funding agencies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with funding agencies, researchers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide training and support to researchers on research funding opportunities, proposal development, and submission processes.
- Master's degree in a relevant field or a combination of equivalent training and experience.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in research administration, including experience in developing and managing research funding applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of research funding opportunities, proposal development, and submission processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer service.
