We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Rexall Pharmacy Group ULC. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring excellent patient care, customer service, and operational efficiency.
About the Role- You will be responsible for accurate processing and retention of patient records, as well as assisting pharmacists with prescription preparation, packaging, and distribution.
- Evaluating prescriptions, interpreting labels, and inputting consent forms to ensure patient information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Completing documentation, including third-party management and reconciliation, patient files, and printing reports and invoices.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace and dispensary.
- Supporting inventory management and other pharmacy team members.
- A completed Pharmacy Technician Diploma or Bridging program from an accredited college.
- Successful completion of the PEBC Qualifying exam.
- Membership in good standing with the provincial College of Pharmacists.
- One year of continuous experience working in a pharmacy environment.
- Proficient computer knowledge and skills, including Windows proficiency.
