We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Store Associate. As a key member of our store team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of store appearance.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Assist customers in selecting products, answering questions, and resolving concerns
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions
- Contribute to achieving sales goals and targets
- Perform various tasks to maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language
