Job Title: Production Supervisor - Assembly

Job Connection Group Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team in an assembly role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on production progress and quality control.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient production and meet deadlines.
  • Train and develop team members to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Oversee the safety of operations and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Recommend personnel actions and participate in performance evaluations.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers to meet production goals.
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a production or assembly role.
  • Criminal record check and valid driver's license required.
  • Steel-toed safety boots and own transportation necessary.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Working Conditions:
  • Physically demanding work environment with attention to detail required.
  • Work site environment is noisy.
Computer and Technology Knowledge:
  • Proficient in SAP (FI/CO/HR/MM/OT SD) and MS Excel.
Security and Safety:
  • Criminal record check required.
Transportation/Travel Information:
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation necessary.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Physically demanding work environment.
  • Attention to detail required.
Personal Suitability:
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and excellent oral communication required.
  • Team player with excellent written communication skills.
