At Atria Senior Living, Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Director to join our team.
About the JobThe primary focus of this role is to drive sales growth through strategic planning, execution, and follow-up. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with potential residents, referral sources, and community staff.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a rolling 90-day sales and marketing plan in collaboration with the Executive Director and Regional Sales Manager.
- Meet or exceed weekly sales standards for the community.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and track move-ins, move-outs, and referral activity.
- Assist the Executive Director in maintaining the community's appearance, ensuring that all areas are staged, marketable, and presentable.
- Facilitate training and coaching for community staff on sales and marketing techniques.
Requirements
- One to two years of related sales experience.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university (preferred).
- Strong customer service skills, basic financial knowledge, intermediate computer skills, and organizational abilities.
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory compliance with Atria motor vehicle policy standards.
