Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Pest Control Specialist to join our team. As a Pest Control Specialist, you will be responsible for inspecting properties to identify pest infestations, applying treatments to eliminate pests, and providing recommendations to clients on preventing future infestations.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect properties to identify pest infestations and determine the extent of damage
- Apply treatments to eliminate pests using mechanical or electric sprayers and set traps as per regulatory guidelines
- Provide recommendations to clients on preventing future infestations
- Study preliminary reports of infested areas and determine the treatment type required to eliminate and prevent recurrence of infestation
- Document all work electronically after each visit
Requirements
- Structural Exterminator License (preferred but not required)
- Valid Driver's license / clean driving record
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service and time management skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- A successful criminal background check
