Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for actively participating in the forecasting process, coordinating with counterparts at platforms for timely flow of information, and preparing various types of financial analyses using key performance indicators specific to the renewable energy industry.
Responsibilities- Participate in the forecasting process, consolidating and analyzing platforms' forecasts and preparing dashboards for management;
- Coordinate with counterparts at platforms for timely flow of information required for the forecast process;
- Prepare financial analyses using key performance indicators specific to the renewable energy industry;
- Assist with integrating newly acquired or developed assets into the reporting framework;
- Develop and manage analytical tools and processes to improve financial results and forecasts;
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to ensure process changes are properly implemented and communicated;
- Support the Manager, FP&A in various related activities and projects.
To be successful in this role, you will need strong financial/ accounting knowledge and preferably some familiarity with IFRS. Advanced Excel skills and the ability to think outside the box in a dynamic environment are also essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently, solve problems, and use sound judgment, are also required.
