About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Sandblasting Specialist to join our team at Canada West 653 Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful completion of our large-scale project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform sandblasting tasks, including surface preparation and maintenance of blasting equipment.
  • Ensure all surfaces are thoroughly prepared for painting and coating applications.
  • Operate and maintain sandblasting equipment and tools according to safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines and production goals.
  • Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Journeyman certification in Sand Blasting or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in industrial sandblasting, particularly on large-scale projects.
  • Ability to work in physically demanding conditions, including lifting, climbing, and standing for long periods.
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality.
  • Willingness to work 12-hour shifts with potential overtime.
