We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Jakubowski Enterprises Ltd O/A J-West Construction. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling, and joining materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
Key Responsibilities- Measure and cut materials to precise specifications
- Shape and assemble materials to create custom components
- Join materials together using various techniques and tools
- Fabricate and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware
As a Carpenter, you will work in various locations, including commercial and residential settings. You will be required to work in a physically demanding environment and be able to lift heavy materials and tools.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the trade
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 35 hours per week
