Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Snow Removal Equipment Operator to join our team at All Star Services. As a key member of our landscaping and maintenance team, you will be responsible for operating snow removal equipment, maintaining equipment, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate snow removal equipment, including skidsteers, to clear snow and ice from various locations.
  • Maintain and repair equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Work in a physically demanding environment, requiring attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced conditions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various locations.
  • Own vehicle and necessary safety equipment, including steel-toed safety boots, safety vest, and gloves.
  • Ability to work overtime and adapt to changing weather conditions.
Working Conditions

Work will be performed in a fast-paced environment, requiring physical stamina and attention to detail. The ability to work in cold weather conditions and adapt to changing weather conditions is essential.
