Junior Technical WMS Analyst

At Longbow Advantage, we are seeking a highly skilled Junior Technical WMS Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our implementation lifecycle, you will play a crucial role in configuring and delivering critical business functions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in configuring solutions to meet customer requirements
  • Provide product consulting and transfer of knowledge to client teams
  • Develop and execute test plans and test environments to validate functionality against design requirements
  • Document testing results and reports bugs, fixes or changes required to Systems Analyst
  • Accurately capture and report on JIRA to ensure customers are properly invoiced for delivered services
  • Assist in the development of enhancement specifications for custom development
  • Guide business users on the operation of the application and the administration of business processes, reference data, etc.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Supply Chain/Operations/Computer/Software Engineering or related degree
  • Expertise in JDA/Red Prairie, Blue Yonder, Highjump, SAP, Tecsys or other Supply Chain Software systems (e.g., WMS, WFM, TMS) both as functional and technical analyst
  • Strong knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, and other Database Technologies
  • Experience in documenting process flows and operational procedures
  • Operating systems – Windows and UNIX
  • XML/HTML, MOCA, Python/Perl, Visual Studio/Visual basic
  • Strong knowledge and work experience with C/C++, C# and Java programming languages
  • Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Able & willing to travel
