Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Developer to join our team at BMO. As a Cloud Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and secure cloud-based applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop cloud-based applications using cloud-native technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance server-side components using Node JS.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices for coding, testing, and documentation.
  • Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of AWS serverless architecture, including services like Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB and S3.
  • Proficiency in Node JS with a deep understanding of its ecosystems and best practices.
  • Experience in building backend with Java is a plus.
  • Experience with ReactJS is a plus.
  • Understanding CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools (e.g. Mocha, Chai, Jest).
Job Description

As a Cloud Developer at BMO, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining cloud-based applications that meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy cloud-based applications that are scalable, secure, and efficient.

You will be responsible for:

  • Designing and developing cloud-based applications using cloud-native technologies.
