Job Title: Supervisor, Travel Clerks

Mann International Travel & Tours & Insurance & Mortgage Group Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supervisor, Travel Clerks to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Supervisor, Travel Clerks will be responsible for coordinating and reviewing work, hiring and training staff, maintaining computer systems and equipment, and requisitioning materials and supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure efficient operation of the travel department.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Requisition materials and supplies to support the travel department's operations.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent position with 35 to 40 hours of work per week.
  • Fluency in English.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Recruit newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster.
  • Support for newcomers and refugees.
