Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at Secure Mailing Systems Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that products meet our quality standards and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials and supplies to ensure that production needs are met.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on production performance, including metrics on productivity, quality, and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a production or operations role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
