Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Swimming Pool Servicer to join our team at Rodwell Mechanical & Plumbing Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and maintaining our swimming pools to the highest standards.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide professional and courteous service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Pool Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, testing, and balancing the pool water, as well as inspecting and repairing equipment.
  • Installation and Repair: Install and repair pool equipment, including pumps, filters, and heaters, ensuring all work is done to the highest standards.
  • Documentation: Accurately document all work performed, including maintenance tasks, repairs, and customer interactions.
  • Supply Management: Manage and maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the storage and handling of pool supplies and equipment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
