Exciting Career Opportunity: Lead Business Analyst at PHSA
The Lead Business Analyst position at PHSA involves conducting comprehensive research and analysis to enhance the functionality of clinical and provincial initiatives. Key responsibilities encompass project strategizing, gathering business specifications, and facilitating project implementation and transformation management.
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct feasibility assessments, workload evaluations, and deploy information systems
- Investigate operational challenges and propose creative solutions
- Gather business specifications through collaboration with stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Foster agreement on business design elements and compile detailed reports
- Create business specifications documents, project proposals, and associated documentation
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Business, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Exceptional communication abilities
- Capability to convey technical information effectively
- Advanced analytical thinking skills
- Dedication to reconciliation with Indigenous communities
