Job Summary

We seek a dynamic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This position will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and ensuring the safety of all residents.

The successful candidate will be accountable for providing ongoing clinical best practices, assessments, and interventions for all residents.

Requirements

  • A graduate from an approved Practical Nursing program.
  • A practicing member of the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of British Columbia (BCCNM) with current full scope registration.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
  • Experience in long-term care settings is preferred.

  • Demonstrated clinical competencies and leadership skills.
  • Portray a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming.
  • Evidence of good physical and emotional health and the ability to handle the demands of the job.
  • A demonstrated ability to work harmoniously as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations within BCCNM's scope of practice.
  • Alignment with Elim's philosophy, values, goals, policies, and procedures.
