We are seeking an experienced Automation Tester to join our team at Nexus Systems Group Inc.

As an Automation Tester, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated test scenarios, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the quality of our production software.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and update automated test scenarios
* Collaborate closely with backend API developers, business system analysts, developers, and architects
* Create robust, repeatable automated testing solutions
* Develop positive and negative test scenarios
* Help triage issues and communicate with the development team

Requirements

* 5+ years of experience as an Automation API Tester
* 5+ years of experience directly writing automation code in Java
* 5+ years of experience in developing Integration Tests using testing frameworks
* Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to distil technical details into simple terms
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Nice-to-Have Skills

* 3+ years of testing Restful APIs with Postman
* 3+ years of experience in Load Testing
* Experience in building, integrating, and deploying web services
* Working knowledge of SQL
* Familiarity with OpenAPI Specification (OAS)/ Swagger, YAML, JSON
* Exposure to RDBMS such as Oracle or DB2
