About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Mindanao General Contracting Services Ltd. as a key member of our residential construction team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, Unload, and Transport Construction Materials
  • Mix, Pour, and Spread Materials such as Concrete and Asphalt
  • Assist in Framing Houses, Erecting Walls, and Building Roofs
  • Clean and Pile Salvaged Materials
  • Remove Rubble and Other Debris at Construction Sites
Work Environment

As a Construction Labourer, you will work outdoors in various locations, often at heights, in dusty conditions. You will be required to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience
  • Equipment and Machinery Experience: Nail guns, Drills
  • Construction Specialization: Residential
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Physically demanding, Tight deadlines, Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, Overtime required
  • Weight Handling: Up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
  • Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, Flexibility, Reliability, Team player
