Ramp Group is a leading organization in the tech industry, and we are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Team Lead to join our team.

About the Role

This role will be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures, recruiting staff, and supervising computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians, and other personnel. The successful candidate will also establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems, meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.

About You

We are looking for a strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Software Development Team Lead, you will have at least 3 years of experience in software development and possess a Bachelor's degree. Your expertise should include budget management, recruitment, and supervision of technical teams.
