Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at East Side Grocery Ltd. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, including managing inventory, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to increase sales and improve merchandising displays.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering merchandise, tracking inventory, and minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales and operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a retail management role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
