About the Job

We are seeking a reliable and caring Family Caregiver to provide top-notch care for our children in the comfort of our own home. This is a permanent, full-time position working 30-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities
  • Assume full responsibility for household duties in our absence, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our children.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and organized living space.
  • Shop for groceries and household essentials, preparing nutritious meals for our family.
  • Travel with us on trips, supervising children and assisting with housekeeping duties.
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Discipline children according to our parenting methods, promoting positive behavior and development.
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social skills, fostering their growth and well-being.
  • Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding our children.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment in our home, adhering to all necessary safety protocols.
  • Organize activities such as games and outings for children, promoting fun and engaging experiences.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Prepare children for rest periods, ensuring they get the sleep they need.
  • Supervise and care for children at all times, providing attention and support when needed.
  • Transport children to and from school, appointments, and other activities.
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of our children, providing comfort and reassurance when needed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience or equivalent.
  • A valid driver's license, with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs), demonstrating physical stamina and agility.
  • Flexibility, initiative, organization, reliability, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, maintaining attention to detail and composure in challenging situations.
