About the Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in business banking, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with small business clients.
Qualifications:
- Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong financial analysis skills, with a demonstrated ability to interpret financial statements, assess creditworthiness, and provide actionable insights to drive business growth and mitigate risk.
- Strong knowledge of business banking products, lending processes and loan documentation, and supporting policies, procedures, and technologies.
- Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience.
- Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth.
