The Head of North American Compliance will be responsible for overseeing and implementing Compliance activities in the US and Canada, ensuring adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement business rules to ensure Compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead a team of Compliance professionals in developing and maintaining policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Conduct risk assessments and investigations, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with Global counterparts to ensure alignment and synergies between Region North America and Global Compliance programs.
- Provide Compliance support to designated business areas across the Region.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior-level Compliance role in Canada or the US.
- Extensive knowledge of Canadian and U.S. Food and Drug regulatory policies for the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to influence outcomes.
