Salary Range
The estimated salary range for this position is CAD $59.59/Hr - CAD $85.65/Hr, based on industry standards and Vancouver's cost of living.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) to join our Gyne-Oncology team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive patient care, diagnose diseases, disorders, and conditions, and prescribe medications as needed. You will also be responsible for initiating treatment, providing professional guidance to other healthcare professionals, and participating in policy-making and quality improvement activities that influence health services and practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and make sound clinical decisions
- Collaborate with clients and other healthcare professionals to identify trends and patterns that impact client populations
- Develop and implement population-based strategies to improve health outcomes
- Participate in peer review and evaluate the effectiveness of services at the client, community, and population level

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have current registration as an Advanced Practice Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives, plus four years of recent, relevant clinical nursing experience. You must also be able to perform the full scope of APN duties and responsibilities, including applying knowledge of pharmacology, epidemiology, and evidence-based practice to clinical diagnosis and patient management.
