About the Role

This Clinical Nurse Specialist role is a key part of our team, working alongside interdisciplinary teams to deliver care through the Psychosocial Rehabilitation and Recovery Model. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of adult learning, coaching, and mentoring principles, as well as experience in conducting and/or promoting research use in practice.

Responsibilities
  • To provide expert nursing care to individuals experiencing severe and persistent mental health challenges
  • To work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement person-centered care plans
  • To participate in role-related teaching and research activities
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current Registration with the CNO
  • Masters of Science in Nursing (MScN) or Masters of Nursing (MN)
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
