Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Culinary Excellence: Offer personalized service to guests, ensuring their culinary needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain a Professional Demeanor: Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times, adhering to our company values of Caring, Integrity, Excellence, Team Spirit, and Financial Responsibility.
  • Upsell and Promote: Suggest premium menu items and specials to guests, enhancing their dining experience and driving revenue growth.
  • Communicate Effectively: Collaborate with the Food and Beverage production team to ensure seamless order execution and guest satisfaction.
  • Process Payments and Manage Point of Sale: Accurately process payments and operate the point of sale system with precision and efficiency.
  • Resolve Guest Issues: Address guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues to supervisors or managers as needed.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Environment: Ensure tables are set and ready for guests, and that all supplies are stocked and available.
  • Work Collaboratively: Partner with other departments to provide exceptional guest experiences and achieve team goals.
  • Participate in Inventory Processes: Assist with monthly beverage inventory processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Availability: Must be available to work weekends and flexible to work in all Food & Beverage outlets.
  • Education and Experience: Diploma or degree in hospitality is an asset, and prior hospitality experience is preferred.
  • Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in Canada full-time.
  • Physical Demands: Able to lift, push, or pull up to 40 lbs.
