Job Summary

ePac LLC is a rapidly growing company with a global presence, offering flexible packaging solutions to customers across various industries. We are seeking an experienced Prepress Specialist to join our team in this exciting role.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving digital files from customers, providing customer service, and ensuring that proofs and files are ready for print. They will also develop procedures and prepare artwork for production, working closely with the prepress department to determine cost and schedule of work required to complete each job.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receives digital files from customers and provides customer service on file accuracy and requirements
  • Prepares and sends proofs, prepares files for print, and enters job ticket information online
  • Reviews incoming jobs to determine design and/or pre-press work required, communicates with customers on job status
  • Works with prepress department to determine cost and schedule of work required, follows quality requirements to meet specifications
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of digital printing processes, color management, and file conversion. The ideal candidate will have experience with Adobe Creative Suite, digital print processes, and DFEs (HP Production Pro and Esko).
