**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Professional Services Expert to join our team at Intuit Inc. As a key member of our Professional Services team, you will be responsible for delivering detailed product and technology solutions to our customers through consulting, training, and implementation project activities.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and deliver product and technology solutions to meet customer needs
* Engage with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions
* Handle technical responsibilities including discovery, product/technology/workflow definition and/or design, implementation, training, and solution deployment
* Participate in sales presentations and conduct follow-up product and technical demos/training as needed

**Qualifications**

* Bookkeeping or Accounting background is an asset
* Experience working with financial applications such as Dext or similar products
* Strong presentation skills with the ability to present to audiences of up to 100 people
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Client-focused attitude
* Proven track record of working with clients
