Job Title: Casual Early Childhood Educator/Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with instruction and activities in the classroom, promoting a love of learning and exploration.

  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities, staying up-to-date on best practices and industry trends.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized classroom, ensuring a smooth and efficient learning environment.

Requirements:
  • High School/Equivalent required, Early Childhood Assistant Certification, or Registered Early Childhood Educator.
  • Meet the province's requirements for childcare employment.
  • Current Standard First Aid and infant child CPR certification.
  • Current immunization and health assessment as per the local Minister of Health Requirements.
  • Experience in planning and implementing programs.
