Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans that align with business objectives;
- Analyze complex financial data to inform business decisions;
- Lead cross-functional teams in budgeting and forecasting processes;
- Collaborate with senior leaders to drive strategic planning initiatives;
- Provide guidance on financial modeling and analysis techniques;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial planning.
Requirements:
- 10+ years' experience in financial planning and analysis with increasing responsibility;
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate teams;
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders;
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Word and PowerPoint;
- Experience with large budgeting tools such as Clarity or Hyperion Financial Management.
