Job Description

Overview

The Director of Quality Excellence will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive quality strategy to drive exceptional customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business growth. This role will oversee the development and implementation of quality control processes, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead a team of quality professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and marketing, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, quality assurance, or business administration.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in quality assurance and control, with a proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and regulatory requirements.
