Job Description
As an HVAC Technician at Oosterveld, you will be responsible for performing onsite maintenance and service to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems and equipment. Your primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality services and promoting various HVAC options.
You will become a master of your trade, advising customers on potential services or treatments that meet their needs. This includes:
- Ensuring customer equipment meets Technical Standards & Safety Authority's codes and municipal building codes and standards.
- FOLLOWING all Energy Star maintenance service and installation processes and procedures.
- Educating customers on proper care and maintenance and promoting various HVAC options.
- Completing general and specific HVAC equipment inspections.
- Maintaining a clean, fully stocked vehicle.
- Explaining the benefits of newer, highly efficient equipment to customers.
- PROMOTING products and services on every call.
- Avoiding selling customers repairs they do not need.
- Providing a five-star experience on every call or making it right before leaving the customer's home.
- Requesting online reviews from customers when appropriate.
