Job Description

We are seeking an experienced European Road Freight Coordinator to join our team based in Berkshire. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in domestic and European transport operations, with expertise in current EU customs procedures, including paperwork requirements, and EU transport legislation.

About the Role
The European Road Freight Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing export/import processes for road freight shipments, ensuring profitability of European transport operations. Key duties include planning and coordinating transport routes, arranging customer collections and deliveries, working with customers and office staff to plan routes and schedules, coordinating with customs for clearance, and investigating and resolving client/supplier problems and complaints.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need good geographical knowledge, experience in dealing with high-end clients and goods, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. You should also be a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
