We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to amplify our data analytics initiatives within the Customer Care and Aftersales organization, specifically within the Quality Team.

The Role:

We are looking for a talented individual to analyze and interpret complex aftersales warranty data, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities, and translating findings into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and interpret complex aftersales warranty data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  • Translate findings into actionable business insights.
  • Maintain the highest standards of data accuracy and integrity, implementing best practices for data governance and security.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation.
  • Actively support day-to-day business operations and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Pursuit of a Master's or Bachelor's degree (3rd, or 4th year) in the following areas: Mathematics, Data/Computer Science, Computer or Software Engineering.
  • Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week in Canada, and for an 8-month term (2 consecutive semesters) starting January 2025.
  • Strong programming skills in Python/R, and SQL; experience with data tools like Azure/Databricks/Excel, and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI; familiarity with machine learning frameworks and statistical modeling.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and deploy data products and analytical solutions that drive business value.
  • A meticulous approach to ensuring data accuracy and delivering high-quality analytical outputs.
