**About the Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced Primary Care Paramedic to join our team as a Traveling Paramedic for remote communities in Northern Manitoba.

This exciting opportunity offers a unique chance to make a difference in the lives of those you care for while enjoying an adventure simultaneously.

You will be responsible for providing primary care and emergency services to patients in remote communities, participating in medevacs and medical evacuations when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform clinic-based work as per the scope of practice of the applicable provincial regulatory body
  • Have the willingness and ability to travel in small aircraft, off-road vehicles, snowmobiles, and other similar modes of transportation to communities in Remote, Semi-Isolated and Isolated areas
  • Relocate to locations of work defined in the above locations

Requirements

  • Diploma or better in Primary Care Paramedicine
  • At least 1950 regular working hours of experience accumulated in the past two (2) years
  • Valid registration and certification as a Primary Care Paramedic in the province of Manitoba
