Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Security Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our ISO 27001 certified Information Security Management System.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Security Questionnaires
  • Security Posture Maintenance
  • CAPA & Continuous Improvement Initiatives
  • Support Information Security Needs in Software Development Process
  • Incident Management
  • Risk Management
  • Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Planning and Rehearsals
  • Support Software Tool Lifecycle
  • Provide Security Awareness Training to Employees
  • Other Duties as Assigned to Support the Needs of the Business

Requirements

  • 3-5 Years Experience in Information Security Roles
  • Experience with Security and Privacy Standards such as ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, SOC1/2, HIPAA/PIPEDA/GDPR, etc.
  • Any of CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA Certifications are Beneficial to the Role but not a Requirement where Candidate has Equivalent Experience
  • Proven Track Record in Successful Implementation of Policy and Systems
  • Exceptional Organizational Skills with the Ability to Prioritize Multiple Activities and Objectives
  • Demonstrated Experience Developing and Maintaining Trusted Advisor Relationships
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
  • Bilingual in English & French Seen as an Asset
