Job Title: Long Haul Truck Driver

Sequel Group is seeking a skilled Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for safely operating a tractor-trailer to transport goods and materials across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Safely: Operate a tractor-trailer to transport goods and materials, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Load and Unload: Load and unload goods at designated locations, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Communication: Communicate with dispatch and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of cargo, hours of service, and fuel consumption.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Licenses and Certifications: AZ class license, Air Brake (Z) Endorsement.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
Working Conditions:

As a Long Haul Truck Driver, you will be required to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. You will also be required to spend extended periods away from home, often in remote locations.
