Job Summary:

Maarut Inc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in systems analysis, design, and development, as well as strong technical expertise in automation suites and architectural frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide senior technical expertise in systems analysis, design, and development.
  • Lead the development and implementation of IT solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and are cost-effective.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architectural deliverables and system designs.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, including security, privacy, and accessibility.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in systems analysis, design, and development.
  • Hands-on experience with automation suites and architectural frameworks, specifically Zachman Framework.
  • Expert-level knowledge of systems design and development, including programming concepts and languages.
  • Strong understanding of business analysis and change management principles.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Service-Oriented design and development.
  • Knowledge of WCAG 2.0 Standards and AODA Compliance levels.
  • Ability to create wireframes, use cases, and user stories.
