Job Summary
We're seeking a Merchandise Processing Associate to create an exceptional experience for our customers, donors, and team members. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in processing donations, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Process donations in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to quality standards.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
