Key Skills and Responsibilities

Technical Expertise:

  • Extensive experience in Archer Solution Architect with technical expertise.
  • Proficiency in XML, XSLT, and JavaScript.
  • Experience in Web Services and REST APIs.

Business Acumen:

  • Strong analytical skills to design solutions and troubleshoot issues.
  • Awareness of project implementation life cycle.
  • Scripting knowledge for integrations.
  • Understanding of security and cloud architecture.

Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Responsible for installation, configuration, and customization of RSA-Archer GRC Solutions.
  • Lead the discussion and build the architecture of the environment, including all integrations, highlighting protocols to be followed.
  • Responsible for security assessment of the tool.
  • Upgrade Archer from previous versions to the latest version.

Functional IT GRC Knowledge:

  • Hands-on experience with Archer configuration and administration features, including data feeds, notifications, calculations, access control, environment parameters, etc.
  • Perform feasibility analysis and decide the best approach for integration of Archer with other applications.
  • Manage large business use cases and the efforts of other Archer Developers.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Articulate design principles to both end-users and the project team.
  • Discuss business requirements and provide guidance for implementation in Archer.
  • Participate in activities for improving the solution.

Professional Development:

  • Proficient in different modules of Archer.
  • Perform large-scale implementations, creating coherent designs and roadmaps for the future.
  • Ability to lead discussions of requirement gathering with clients and draft stories.
