Job Title: Retail Security Specialist

At City Avenue Market, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Retail Security Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate security control room equipment to monitor and respond to incidents in real-time.
  • Patrol assigned areas to detect and prevent shoplifting and theft.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement and other stakeholders to resolve security-related issues.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Able to work in a retail service establishment setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
