Reservations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team at OK TOUR COMPANY LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other departments, establishing work schedules, and ensuring the smooth operation of our travel agency.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
- Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity
- Perform same duties as workers supervised to stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
- Accurate and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Client-focused with a strong commitment to customer service
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide technical advice
- Permanent work term with 30-40 hours per week
